Summer 2025 was a "different" year for the real estate market, especially the Tahoe area. It took months to get an offer on my house, but Liz kept the faith for me when I was discouraged. She held open houses while sales were elusive. Once we had an offer, she guided my way through the process, particularly helpful when the buyer was not on the same page at times. Liz's experience was invaluable to me in completing the transaction.

We had the pleasure of working with Liz on our recent property purchase in Kings Beach, and the entire experience was smooth from start to finish. Liz made the process feel easy and never overwhelming. She was organized, clear, and always available to answer questions or provide guidance. There were no hidden surprises, no last-minute paperwork issues, and everything moved forward exactly as promised. It’s rare to find someone who is both professional and personable, but Liz was exactly that. We truly appreciate her attention to detail and the care she took throughout the transaction. Highly recommend working with her if you’re looking for an stress-free real estate experience.

I hired Liz to handle all the paper work for the sale of our home of 30+years. She handled everything professionally efficiently and in a timely manner including: contracts, negotiating, inspections, contingencies, closing etc. She was also understanding and sensitive to the emotional aspect of a large life transition.

I think it is worth the whole story. We were in no hurry to sell so we tried to sell it ourselves for awhile. We would get calls from realtors occasionally and as time passed we started thinking about maybe listing it with someone. Then Liz called and based on the conversation we decided to hire her and Chase. She was pleasant, unassuming and respectful. She went to work and with the help of Chase resources put together a thorough analysis of the home's value and a suggested pricing range. We settled on a starting sales price, dropped it once and then sold it at a price that exceeded our price goal. Liz's approach is calm and professional but don't think there isn't a highly active and aggressive marketing plan in place! She is steady, persistent and professional. The bottom line is that she was highly effective for us and did an excellent job of managing the entire process. We recommend her without reservation. It was a great partnership with a great result.

My family and I were very concerned about finding a good and caring real estate agent that could work diligently with us and someone who could work with family dynamics. Families could have different opinions about their needs. I have to say that Elizabeth Edmunds is one of those agents that comes along once in a lifetime. I so wish we could have found her earlier when we were selling another property. Even after our property was sold, she took the time to help us with an appraisal we should have dealt with some time ago. Elizabeth Edmunds is the kind of agent a potential seller needs. One who will be there to assist you with all of your needs and all your question. Elizabeth Edmunds was wonderful to work with and if I could, I would give her 10 Stars!
