When buying real estate you need an agent who will tell you (repeatedly, if necessary, and at whatever detail you require to feel comfortable) what steps are required, hold-your hand during the process, proactively make sure everyone involved is getting everything done on time (even if that means working late into the night and on holidays) from arranging tours to communicating with your lender, 1031 exchange officer, seller escrow agent, etc, and to continually follow-up even after closing to make sure everything is in place. I was going through a very tramatic experience of a short sale. Lissette was highly professional but also was a friend. She guided us though the whole process. She worked with buyer and the bank which did not want to work with it. She took charge and got the work done. She has a great personalty with wife and my self. She always returned phone call's. The one thing I would improve though is the explanation of the documents provided for signatures along the whole process. As I just got the docs most of the times and had to read carefully and try to understand what they were... a preview would have been nice. Other than that I would definitely recommend!
