I have purchased 4 houses and sold 3 in my life and this last purchase was by far the wort experience I have had or heard of. The ONLY saving grace in my experience was Lisa Tierney! The Building Co. we were working with fed us misinformation, mislead us on deadlines and straight out lied about what they were doing. Lisa handled it with the utmost professionalism. Her tenacity, unwillingness to accept misinformation, ability to put herself in front of the people who could give her accurate information and her ability to hold the proper representatives of this builder accountable are the only thing that made this purchase possible in the timeframe it happened. We were delayed 9 months from our original targeted closing date and would have been delayed longer if Lisa hadn't worked miracles. I cannot say enough about Lisa and her ability to make a very difficult situation bearable. I would 20 out of 10 recommend her to anyone buying or selling a house. She will always make any situation better for her client!
Lisa helped me and my husband through some very tough situations in our home buying process. We initially signed for a New build, well after being taken advantage of by that new build we decided we wanted out of the contract and wanted our money back. Lisa helped us do just that, even though the contract was pretty iron clad. She then helped us find our dream home. I seriously couldn’t recommend her more.
