Lisa was patient during my process of finding a house, which it took almost a year. Appreciate her friendly personality.

Lisa showed us several homes that were for sale in the area we wanted and she always was available to help us with any questions we had about the home. She consistently pointed out any problems with the home so we would not be surprised later on regarding purchase of said home. Even when I liked a home she pointed out areas that would cause us problems later on if we purchased house which I liked because it proved to me she was looking out for our best interests. Even after we found a house to buy she continued to put forth considerable effort in helping us. She agreed to take the keys to our new home to my uncle in another city so that we could easily get them upon arrival since we weren't going to be moving from our present state of Texas to Indiana for a month after closing. She videoed the home we bought after all the furnishings were removed and she even paid the previous owner $200 that we had promised the owner for some lawn items so it would be taken care of and we sent Lisa a check for said $200, thereby making it easier for both us and the prior owner to resolve that issue. Neither my wife nor I had ever worked with a realtor before because we had never owned a home prior to the one we own in Texas and my mother-in-law worked out all the details for that purchase. We had lived in government housing most of our marriage before that as I was in the U. S. Navy for 20 years and so we had no idea of the difficulty in buying a home but Lisa made it very easy to accomplish. She is a definite asset to Berkshire Hathaway and I would definitely recommend her and Berkshire Hathaway to anyone I know looking to buy or sell a home.
