This was an exceptional home buying experience. I had to change my direction in my home buying experience which caused me to have to change agents. So when Lisa was recommended to me, naturally I had some concerns. However our first time meeting was a very good experience, my daughters and I liked Lisa right away. Lisa was personal, friendly and professional. And she has patience. And sometimes it takes other qualities along with being professional to accomplish things. She explained the process where I had to ask minimal questions, but when I needed to ask questions she had answers and when she didn't she got them for me or referred me to the right person. I was going to give up on buying a home Lisa wouldn't let me. She encouraged me to stick with and would be with me until I found a home and we looked at many. Lisa is a fantastic agent and has the right personality for her job. I give her a 10 and 10 more stars! At one time she couldn't make a showing but even that person was exceptional.
