Lisa provided us with guidance that helped us to remain firm on our conviction and go through the home buying process with confidence. We're very thankful!

Great experience wonderful communication

Lisa gets an unequivocal "5 Stars"!

She has a great understanding of the real estate transaction process and what it takes to sell a house.  She is a great resource for people and services that can help prepare a house for sale and proceed to an easy closing.

Above and beyond that Lisa is responsive and responsible.  She is personable and easy to deal with;  I would not hesitate to utilize her expertise to buy or sell a home again.

Lisa and her team, co-managed by Mimi, were terrific! Lisa was always available, reliably cool when things came up unexpectedly, thoroughly knowledgeable, and always honest. Lisa represented us when we bought the house in 2019 and she was wonderful then as well. There are many more superlatives to shower on Lisa. Most important for us was the outcome! That reflects very positively on the work of the team.

Lisa was exactly who needed to help us through buying our first home. She had so much knowledge of the areas we were looking in and, despite the crazy market, managed to help us secure a home we really love. She made herself available to us whenever we needed her and made what can be a stressful process less so. Highly recommend her to anyone on the house hunt!

I am thankful that I randomly reached out to Lisa Sangster. She went above and beyond at every point of our experience. Thank you

After a year of searching for the perfect home, we were introduced to Lisa Sangster through a previous client and friend. Her extensive knowledge and expert guidance put us on the right path. Lisa took the time to understand our family and our specific needs, and she managed every detail effortlessly. She was a fantastic Realtor, and my family wholeheartedly recommends her. Lisa was absolutely amazing to work with! When I met Lisa I had almost given up hope of finding a home. Within a few months, Lisa helped me to find a great home and also got the deal closed. Lisa is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. She is honest, transparent and realistic about the process which I really appreciated. She also has such a deep knowledge of the local market and communities. She stayed on top of every part of the process and made sure I had all the information I needed. I would highly recommend Lisa to all my friends and family. I am truly grateful for all of her work!

Lisa was and is exceptional. Buying a home or finding a condo can be a tedious and anxiety producing. However, Lisa and her team made the entire process seamless. My wife and I began this journey in the early stages of us formulating what time of abode we desired. Lisa was patient in her approach and persistent when it came to fighting for us and ensuring that we guided along the way in our process. I felt understood and catered to each step of the way and I will and I have referred her to my family and my friends

Lisa was an outstanding realtor to work with. It is evident that she is truly passionate about her career as well as helping others find a home that works for them. When we did our initial consultation with Lisa we had our minds set on renting or at most buying a condo given the current market and mortgage interest rates. With the help and patience of Lisa we were able to buy a starter house within our budget. She connected us with a mortgage broker that was able to find a reasonable interest rate and a knowledgeable lawyer who did not let anything fall through the cracks. Lisa made our transition to homeownership hassle free because she is knowledgeable, highly self sufficient and remained on top of all necessary tasks. I would recommend Lisa to anyone. She is an ideal realtor to work alongside.
