We recently sold our lot through Lake Norman Realty. Our agent was Lisa Lyerly, and we couldn't be happier with her. Lisa is wonderful. She listened to us and gave great advice. By the end of the first day, we had 3 offers, with one being over list price. We closed in less than 2 weeks. We are so please with Lisa! We highly recommend Lisa and Lake Norman Realty and wouldn't hesitate to contact them again.
