We just had the most amazing property sale with Lisa Lewis. We had already moved 300 miles away, which made everything more challenging. Without us being local, she arranged for contractors to paint, pick out the paint color, and check on small repairs that needed to be completed. She even had a contractor come in and clean after the painters left. She was able to sell our house, significantly over the sales price, within three days of it being listed.
