I would need to know that the broker is truly working for me and that I can trust the individual to do the right thing for me and not try to sell me anything. Lisa was truly an excellent person to have chosen as she was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. Always available and extremely trustworthy. Lisa was referred to us because of the qualities above. We chose Lisa without knowing her and it was a wonderful decision as she was totally perfect for our needs. We were not certain as to what we wanted and Lisa was extremely patient and worked it out with us with no pressure for time. She helped make our decision. And twice told us not to make the decision we were about to make incorrectly. Truly professional. We did not go for Century 21 but only chose the firm because of Lisa. I think the person who one deals with is more important then the firm. But if Lisa is an example of other Century 21 brokers, you have something going. Lisa was working with my elderly parents for well over a year. she was so patient and always ready to show them properties as soon as they wanted. Then prices went high so they stopped looking for a while. They would occasionally go to open houses on their own.Then a house seemed like a good opportunity they purchases it with the listing agent. To make this story short as they were going back and forth working on the house they felt the house was too far from the main road to take a bus both my parents don't drive. when they decided to list it they wanted to give Lisa the listing and give her a chance to sell it.
