From the start, we knew that Lisa was the right one for us. When starting to look we were "all over the place"... on what we wanted / where we wanted/ prices /... Lisa was amazingly patient with us. Showing us a variety of places and we began to realize what amenities we wanted / location / and pricing. She was able to show us some of the features of the cabins that needed extra work / what to look for . And then it happened ... we knew . And the minute we walked into N School House Gap Road.. that was the one. We had been patient..."kissed some frogs"... Then guided us through the purchasing of the cabin. Asking for things we never thought of. Guided us through the inspections.. Showed us what really needed attention. And the day we closed ... we felt like she not only was our relator... but had become a close friend. HIGHLY recommend this hard working woman. Her personality is just a major plus... kind / honest / patient / always there answering the phone or emails and putting our minds at ease. Wouldn't have wanted anyone else!!

Lisa was the best real estate agent that I have ever experienced. She was always available, knowledge, and guiding us each step of the way. We always felt she had our best interests at heart. It was also a pleasure to get to know her personally.

Lisa was great throughout the whole process. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home in Sevier County!

Super helpful every step of the way! Definitely felt like she had our best interests at heart.

Lisa did a great job. She priced my cabin perfectly & it sold in a few weeks. And she was there all the way until we received our money.

She’s the best. She worked super hard for us all the way through the process - even when things weren’t always favorable with things out of our control. Not only that but she’s a great listener and has a lot of great wisdom when it comes to the buying/selling process. Highly, highly recommended her!

Lisa is great to work with. Her communication is excellent. She always put our best interests forward.

Lisa does a great job. Appreciate all her follow up and communication throughout the process. Will 100% be using her as our agent again.

Working with Lisa Hoyt has been exceptional. She understood my expectations and style from the start, patiently guiding me until we found the right place. What truly sets her apart is her support after closing—helping with permits, addressing follow-up issues, and connecting me with the right people for co-hosting, property management, photography, landscaping, and more. Her commitment to my long-term success has been invaluable, and I couldn’t recommend her more highly.

I had the pleasure of working with Lisa Hoyt who represented the sellers while I represented the buyers on this home. From start to finish, she was professional, knowledgeable, and a true team player. Smooth communication and quick responses kept everything on track, making for an stress-free closing and happy clients on both sides. It’s such a great reminder of how important it is to work with agents who are not only experienced but also committed to providing excellent service to everyone involved in the transaction. I’d gladly work with her again anytime! Jodi Spangler- Realtor
