We cannot imagine a better experience working with an agent. Lisa came highly recommended as a talented and dedicated real estate professional, and she exceeded our expectations. The property we listed was in good condition but required some updates, both inside and in the yard, to meet buyer expectations. Lisa provided valuable insights into comparable listings and worked within our budget to make the necessary updates. She coordinated some of the work with local teams, suggested and scheduled pre-sale home and termite inspections, and recommended staging the property since the house was empty. Living out of town, we anticipated it would take months to complete everything needed to prepare the house for sale. However, thanks to Lisa's efforts, the house was ready in just 5 to 6 weeks. She regularly checked on the property and even watered the garden. At one point, she handled an attempted squatter situation, which we greatly appreciated.
