We have worked with Lisa for both of our home purchases and each time, despite both situations involving competition against other buyers, she used her extraordinary foresight and skill to out-strategize the others and land us our dream homes. I still remember the shock and happiness each time she called and said “Congratulations!” – despite the steep odds she did it. She worked her magic – although it’s not magic, it’s her forward thinking, drive, versatility, and dedication to you and your dream. Twice now she has worked tirelessly and tactically for us because she truly cared that we lived in a home that we would love. And if/when the time comes that we are ready to move again, I know the third time will be a charm!
We also sold our first home with Lisa, and I was shocked at how easy the process was with her, and how fast we sold – despite it being a buyer’s market. I truly believe her unique knowledge of the market got us the best price we could have gotten. She worked with us to strategize when to list, made sure it was priced right, and our house was sold in two weeks, despite other comparative houses sitting on the market for much, much longer. I think what was most important was that we listened to Lisa, trusted her advice and expertise, and thus the results spoke for themselves. Yet another situation where Lisa surpassed our expectations and just amazed us at how she can do what she does!
You will have full trust and confidence with Lisa. She has all the positivity and patience in the world for you and never gives up. Both times we have needed to buy a home, the situation was less than ideal. The first being Covid, the second being we had sold our current home and needed to find one closer to work and family, and fast, as we have a 1 year old. However, we didn’t want to settle and even more so, Lisa really didn’t want that for us. Our home search was extensive (I think we hold the record for the most homes she has ever shown) and not once did her patience falter. She was in it with us no matter long or how much extra time and energy it took her. I really appreciate that her commitment to us was genuine and not once did I feel like she was ready to move on from us or pressure us into a purchase. Our motto was “you have to kiss a lot of frogs to find a prince!”
She is a proactive and effective communicator, answering any and all of our questions and explaining anything we didn’t understand. I never hesitated to ask her anything because she cares that you are informed. She sincerely enjoys talking with her clients and building relationships with you. Knowing Lisa now, I can tell you that you are always in the back of her mind, and she’s always thinking ahead or looking into things for you, whether it’s late on a Saturday night, or in the car on the way to family event – she really is always “on the job.”
She digs deep to find information on houses of interest and leaves no stone unturned – when she has a hunch, suspicion or question about some aspect of the property or situation, she goes after it. She knows how thorough you must be, because there can be misleading and frankly incorrect or untrue information provided, and on several occasions she was able to uncover inconsistencies and misleading information on homes we were very interested in, but ultimately would have been a regretful purchase had she not examined every detail.
Speaking from the heart – go with Lisa. She is the best of the best. Her deep knowledge, unbelievable work ethic, and skill in the market and buying and selling process is rare and unmatched in these times. On top of that, she has a heart of gold. When we worked with Lisa, she was really more than our agent – she was our great friend, confidant, advice giver, detective, and support system. It is only because of her that we have had two beautiful and perfect homes and we are SO lucky (and you will be too) to have worked with Lisa.
