We walked in to a random realty office over 20 years ago interested in purchasing a Lakes Region second home. Lisa was the one who greeted us with a friendly hello and smile. She made that initial purchase easy and took the stress out of it. When we were ready to upgrade our lake home we contacted her again. She worked with us to find our lakefront dream retirement home in another seamless process. Lisa also helped our adult daughter find her new home and was patient and consistent with what she showed her until she found her dream place. We recently sold the first home we purchased through Lisa. She once again made the process hassle free. Lisa is easy to work with and listens to her clients needs and desires. While the end game of course is to get the sale or purchase, she has never put that above our needs or comfort level. We had been working with another realtor and having bad luck. We happened to meet Lisa when she was at the home next door to the one we were selling (for my ailing father who had moved in with me). Unfortunately at the time we met Lisa we were already under contract with that other company but we remembered Lisa's first name. Once we decided to change realtors we searched for "Lisa" and after reading many reviews we were convinced we found the Lisa we had met months earlier. Best decision we ever made. She was thrilled to work with us. This was not an easy sale (had gone into estate) and we lived 2 hours away but Lisa was amazing in how much she knew and was able to bring to the table for us. While there were many issues/problems that appeared she was always ready to assist us in tackling them. I would highly recommend Lisa any time! Aside from her strong knowledge and experience she was friendly, professional, engaging, patient and helpful, especially when we needed it most.
