Lindy worked with us on establishing a price that I first thought was optimistic. Ended up getting 3 offers within the week, all over the asking price. She helped us get through the presale prep, and throughout the whole process. We are grateful

We feel so fortunate to have worked with Lindy! Her deep knowledge of the area, strong community connections, and ability to make things happen were invaluable throughout the process. She genuinely cared about finding the right fit for us and went above and beyond every step of the way. We are incredibly grateful for her guidance and expertise and couldn’t recommend her more highly!

We have worked with Lindy for several years on two different property transactions. She was patient with us throughout the process, and once we were ready to act, she moved quickly. We are very impressed with her negotiating skills - it truly felt like she was in our corner! She is thorough, handles everything seamlessly, and is a joy to work with!

Lindy was so helpful throughout the entire process especially after we were under contract. Buying a house out of town/state could have been extremely difficult but Lindy was available to put out fires/schedule inspections and basically take care of everything related to closing that required a local presence.

Lindy helped us sell our beach home in a short amount of time. We were impressed. She was helpful in every part of the process . I found her to be knowledgeable, courteous, and a joy to work with. Ann M.

Lindy is simply the BEST realtor we have ever worked with in multiple home buying transactions. She worked with us for several months and she was just as engaged on closing day as she was the first day we met her. Our home search had many twists and turns and her advice was critical and well thought out at each juncture. She helped to make our dream of owning a home in Debordieu a reality and we will never be able to thank her enough. We absolutely plan to work with her again in future home buying transactions and fully endorse her talent and complete dedication!

I loved working with Lindy. She was such a relaxed, fun person and yet absolutely professional. She was quick to respond to any questions and happily helped me with issues either by phone, email or in person. She was willing to be flexible with me regarding being out of state for many parts of the process and advocated on my behalf by phone and in person when needed.

We had an extremely positive experience with Lindy Mickle!! Over a one year period she was able to show us over 15 properties. She was extremely responsive to our needs and was very reliable when it came to returning phone calls, emails and text. She was able to continually accommodate us despite being over 700 miles away. We finally were able to align ourselves with a great property and could not have done this without her!!!

What I appreciated most about Lindy was her desire to know what our priorities were in choosing a house and sending us homes that fit that parameter. Her network is incredible so we had the opportunity to know about a house coming on the market before it was listed. In this market, having someone who knows what you want and gets you the first chance to make an offer is the difference between getting your home or not.
