Lindsey is such a great realtor and I would highly recommend her to anyone selling or buying a home. Her customer service skills are 2nd to none, which is a lost art in today’s world. She’s very professional and you can assure she’ll work hard for you.

Lindsey is great. Our 5th deal in the past few years. Looking forward to the next one.

Lindsey was consistent in being in communication with me to calmly explain the entire process, documents and feedback. Her experience and confidence were evident in every step of the process.

Worked with Lindsey Phillips multiple times feels like family.

Lindsey Phillips was fantastic!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Lindsey Philips to purchase a new dream home. From start to finish, it was an absolute pleasure! From our initial conversations and throughout the whole process, Lindsey was professional. She was highly knowledgeable about the local market and made sure I always felt like a priority. At each step in the whole process, Lindsey came through with her commitment to excellence. Her negotiation skills were first-rate – she consistently found ways to get me the best deal possible. She also went out of her way to ensure every detail was taken care of – from arranging inspections to researching potential issues with a property. Throughout my journey, Lindsey demonstrated immense patience and understanding of my situation. Whether I needed additional time for research or required more information on a particular property, she took it all in stride. She went out of her way to provide me with extra resources and various options I could consider when deciding.

Our experience with a Lindsey could not have been better. She is professional, thorough, calming, always had our best interests in mind and was available at any hour ready to answer our questions or just put our minds at ease. We would definitely recommend her and would love to work with her again.
