She was highly professional, thoroughly explained all the information and documents, and ensured we understood the selling process. She even emailed a list of do's and don'ts to prepare our home for viewings. Linda kept us updated, listened to our concerns, and quickly answered all our questions via phone, messages, and email. She was fantastic at negotiating a price with the buyer after we received an offer and even secured an incentive for us when the buyers didn’t agree to let us stay in the house until October.
