We cannot recommend Linda Simon highly enough. Introduced to us by our good friend, Linda proved to be everything we could have hoped for in a real estate broker—and much more. Selling our home was not an easy decision for us, and the timing wasn't ideal. Linda made the entire process manageable and provided the support we needed to move forward with confidence. Her deep experience and vast network were invaluable; she seamlessly connected us with trusted service providers to handle various little issues before listing, going far beyond the typical agent's duties. What truly sets Linda apart is her hands-on, diligent approach. She is fair, persistent, and tackles every challenge with a problem-solving mindset. She is also incredibly reliable and punctual—you can always count on her to follow through. For anyone seeking an agent who is not only skilled and connected but also genuinely caring and dedicated, Linda is the clear choice. We wholeheartedly recommend her.

I absolutely loved working with Linda and I highly recommend her for your future home or condo purchase. She paid incredible attention to detail and always kept up with my changing needs and preferences throughout the process. We spent over a year searching together and viewed many homes and condos, and during that time she truly got to know what I would and wouldn’t like. Linda was always transparent, honest, and had my best interests at heart. Even after the purchase, she has continued to check in while renovations are underway, which really shows how much she cares about her clients. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely supportive real estate agent, Linda is the one!

I spent 4 months working with Linda trying to find a house in this crazy market. Even though we were not successful in our biddings, I would like to share the experience that I have had with her. First of all, she is an incredible hard working individual. I was amazed by her patience and perseverance. She was always there with the best of advise for every single one of our bids. Had I followed her advises from day one, I would have been a homeowner by now. I would not hesitate recommending her! She is definitely among the BEST!! Thanks for everything Linda.

Dear Linda, Choosing you to represent us as our listing agent was driven by the word of mouth reputation you have established as a highly motivated, results driven professional in the real estate field. We have highly recommended you to our friends and family who are looking to buy or sell because we know they’ll be in good hands.
