As a Relocation Specialist, I am required to undergo ongoing education. I have sold townhomes, condominiums and multifamily investment properties, even helping one client buy and sell more than 20 investments over the years. I have first-hand experience with condominium associations, having served on the Board of the Old City condominium where I live.
