Linda Pavlik went "over and above" in managing the sale of my 94 year old mother's house. My wife and I returned to Oakmont to get the house in shape shortly before it was shown and were overwhelmed by the task at hand. Linda came over on short notice on a Saturday afternoon and spent more than 5 hours helping us getting it decluttered. In large part this consisted of sifting through 55 years of memories and saving only that which was absolutely necessary. Linda helped us achieve this goal with a firm but gentle touch that can only come from having personally known my mother for years. This is what I mean when I say that Linda's effforts were extraordinary. Not only does she live in this town and know the people, but she follows every detail of the process from preparation to showing to closing assiduously. Linda was absolutely wonderful. She gave me an app that I could look at to find the right house. She saw the huge smile on my face and she knew she found the perfect house for me. I can’t imagine not having her help. She also said that I can call text whenever. Which helped because I was nervous about the waiting for the approval and after home inspection.
I could not be happier. Linda Pavlik is exceptional. She kept me up to date with everything as it was happening and she made me feel like I was her top priority.
