I had a fantastic experience working with Linda on the purchase of my first home. From the very beginning, her knowledge, experience, and attention to detail made the entire process feel much more manageable and enjoyable. Linda was always one step ahead. She helped us identify neighborhoods worth exploring, prepared us for the ebb and flow of the Westchester market, and provided thoughtful analysis when it came time to make an offer. Her guidance helped us put together a competitive offer that ultimately landed us our home! She was also incredibly responsive throughout the entire process, always quick to answer our texts and emails even outside of normal business hours. More importantly, Linda guided us through every step with patience and confidence, making what could have been an overwhelming experience feel comfortable and exciting. I’m incredibly grateful for her help and would highly recommend Linda to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She is knowledgeable, responsive, strategic, and truly goes above and beyond for her clients.

Sincere thanks to Linda, yet another successful sale together! In the last 15 years or so, our family worked with Linda to buy our first house, sell it, buy our dream home, then sell that when a job took us out of the area. Her deep market knowledge, clear communication, and professionalism gave us complete confidence throughout the process every time. Linda was supportive, responsive and served as a liaison between all our teams, streamlining everything! She handled every detail with care and expertise, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I would highly recommend Linda to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Linda helped my buy my house in Harrison, NY and she helped me sell it 4 years later. She is the consummate professional: knowledgeable, straightforward, well-respected across the industry, and adept at formulating negotiating strategies. She sold my house in June/July essentially in one day. When the offer fell through, she sold the house (again) within three days. I would work with Linda again and again and again.

Working with Linda was purely magical. If I had discovered Linda and her expertise earlier in life, I would've saved both months and thousands. Linda made the home purchasing process a breeze and even fun at times. I'd definitely work with her again, she's the best!

Highly recommended! Linda brought a world of information to the process and allowed us to make the most advantageous decisions in buying our home. I could not have done this without her help and guidance. She found us our dream home.

Linda found us a great house. She finds the right balance between friendly and professional. She knows the area and its market well and was adept at negotiating the deal for us. Highly recommend using her!
