We are so happy that we had Linda and Drew as our realtors. Linda and Drew are long time St Pete residents, they know the best neighborhoods, best streets, and they know everything about waterfront living. We were first time home buyers and new to waterfront living, throughout the process they would give us advice on what makes a property valuable, especially as a boater. When it came to the process of the purchase they made it easy for us and stress free. We always also got very honest feedback on each property we toured, so always trusted what they had to say. They are a valuable resource, even post-close, as they have relationships with all of the essentials (electric, plumbing, lawn, GCs) which is key as someone new to the area. Final comment is they are very patient people and dealt with a lot of push back, skepticism and maybe some unrealistic expectations from us at first. We appreciated all they did and will definitely keep in touch as neighbors!
