We witnessed the hard work Linda put in for the sale of our neighbors house and decided it would have been a good fit for the sales of our home. Linda worked very had to get us three offers and the highest price per sq foot in the neighborhood. There were issues with the house she helped us through to get a clean inspection and satisfied buyer of our property.

You could not be in better hands! Linda Crofton and the entire team at Berkshire Hathaway were professional throughout the entire process: A-Z. From beginning to end they were caring, sensitive, very responsive, responsible and knowledgeable in all aspects of the transaction!

Among the several realtors we know, we’re delighted to have chosen Linda Crofton for her exceptional qualities. Her friendly and easy-to-work-with nature makes her an excellent choice for anyone considering selling their house. We highly recommend her to anyone in need of a reliable and knowledgeable realtor. She truly stands out as the best! We are incredibly grateful for her exceptional expertise and guidance in selling our house swiftly and efficiently.

Linda helped me find my first home. As this was my first time, I was going into the process completely blind. Linda was able to find the perfect house for a better than reasonable price, and took care of everything along the way. I can’t recommend her enough.

Linda is amazing!

Linda is a great asset to BH! She tirelessly persisted in search for exactly what we wanted-size, location, historic architectural features, price, and charm. We couldn’t have completed this home purchase without her valuable advice and guidance. Thank you so much!

Linda is wonderful to work with. I felt confident that she was organized and communicated details clearly. I highly recommend her as someone to work with who will take care of you from A-Z!
