Linda Bittner was amazing in selling my mother’s home. Always went the extra mile to make sure the home showed the best and kept us totally informed as to showings and progress. Handled EVERYTHING!!! Highly recommend using Linda for all of your real estate needs whether you are a seller or a buyer.

Linda Bittner was the perfect choice for us to select as our realtor in the sale of our condo.

We are very happy to have selected Linda Bittner to represent us in the sale of our property in Oronoque Village. Her vast experience and knowledge of real estate in this community was evident throughout the process. Communication was great, she was easy to work with, and has great connections that really facilitated our preparations and sale. We were very pleased with the fair price Linda that helped to negotiate, and the short time it took to find the right buyers.

Linda Bitner was a professional who knows her market and helped us with any issues that cam up.

Linda worked very hard to help us sell our home and buy a condo. She was always available to answer questions, and answered promptly with good cheer. If she did not know, she got the information. She remained calm when things did not go as planned and helped with the solutions. She is extremely knowledgeable about Oronoque Village and its programs and has made our transition as easy as possible. We would definitely recommend her as an agent.

Linda is professional, smart, and really knows the real estate market. It was a pleasure to work with her.

Linda Bittner was a wonderful agent- a genuine warm and friendly person who was interested in getting me the best price for my condo. She collaborated with my sister , a LI realtor, and was pro-active in getting me another $20k when I was the 'only' property on the market at Oronoque Village. When my condo was inspected by OVCA and needed 2 smoke alarms to meet their standards, Linda went and purchased them as I live in FL to keep the sale moving along. Overall, I would give her solid '10' rating. Enjoysed working with her.

Clearly Linda Bittner is the go-to realtor for Oronoque. Her knowledge of the market dynamics, competitive position, etc. is excellent. And she is a pleasure to work with!

I would definitely recommend Linda to anyone. It was great working with her on selling my Condo. The best agent I had the opportunity to work with.
