I had a very very very difficult situation during a transaction with a Seller in Yardley, PA in December. The seller was a good friend who turned-out to not be a good friend at all and he stopped performing. Things seemed hopeless. I asked Linda for some help and she took-over for me and helped get the property to settlement. She worked very above and beyond the call of duty; including driving to the property in Yardley at least 2 times. She also had to endure many phone calls, emails and Docusign exchanges. I felt horrible for all the work she had to do. She deserves a 10-foot trophy for all of her work on this. I have never heard of a Manager doing the things she did. I am so happy to have her as a Manager.
Linda has been an amazing resource for me. She has shown me how to make my listing presentations much more effective through ARC and how to gain more buyers through marketing techniques exclusive to BHHS. In addition, she has an open door policy and I feel comfortable talking to her about any advice I need or any problems.
