"We had put in several offers through another agent before we started working with Ray.  Ray was such a pleasure to work with and everything that we wanted in an agent.  He is extremely knowledgeable in the neighborhood we wanted and very communicative and transparent.  We got our very first offer accepted and helped us to close escrow quickly.  I will recommend Ray Guerrero to friends and family."
