Lil Arbogast was my real estate broker in the sale of my New York City residence. Lil is the consummate real estate professional.  She is one step ahead of everyone else, she knows the real estate market, understands her client's needs, and has all the information necessary to make her client's lives easier and to bring the best results. Lil was always available to answer my questions, and no matter how significant or insignificant my question, she always had the answer. On the rare occasion that she needed to do more research, she was upfront and honest about doing further investigation.

For a majority of the time, I was out of town, and Lil handled a lot of the details, such as getting my apartment cleaned. She coordinated with my building superintendent to help de-clutter and arrange for the windows to be cleaned.
