She was incredibly responsive, which is key. Phone calls are returned super promptly and she was always available like we were her only client (hard to find). She was patient. She takes the time we needed and answers all of our questions and if she did not have the answer, she would promptly investigate and get back to us. She was an invaluable guide and support. Last but not least she was very honest, we know that she was working to help us make a good decision and finding our home. She would be frank and clear from the start of the process and throughout the many phases until the day we closed.
