We just sold our house with Libby Follis. She was the saving grace in our transaction - were it not for her, we would have left the agency altogether. Dennis, the other agent, was not helpful and frankly, very unprofessional at times. Libby truly saved this deal. We were shocked at the number of claims, conversations and lack of knowledge by Dennis - even downright rude. I would not use that individual ever again. That being said, you have a star with Libby - she is the consummate professional. Well done to her.
