I give Libby a 5+ star rating. She is a joy to work with. Libby is friendly and kind as well as being straightforward and honest. Her marketing is top notch! Thank you again Libby!!!

It was a pleasure to work with Libby Follis on the sale of our home in Grosse Pointe. Libby is not only very knowledgeable about the market, but she is also customer focused. She listened to our concerns, addressed them in a timely manner, and ensured we successfully sold our home. She helped to exceed our expectations on our final selling price. I would definitely work with Libby again and recommend her to others.

We just sold our house with Libby Follis. She was the saving grace in our transaction - were it not for her, we would have left the agency altogether. Dennis, the other agent, was not helpful and frankly, very unprofessional at times. Libby truly saved this deal. We were shocked at the number of claims, conversations and lack of knowledge by Dennis - even downright rude. I would not use that individual ever again. That being said, you have a star with Libby - she is the consummate professional. Well done to her.

Flexible. Always available. Super knowledgeable. Proactive. Lots of experience to make process so much smoother for people who only go thru the process once in a while. Oh, she’s also very personable and enjoyable to be around.

Libby was a wonderful professional asset to the process. We were so impressed by her attention to detail, not to mention her delightful personality.

Libby is a 5 star realtor. Cannot even begin to express what a pleasure it was to work with her . This is my 3rd time working with her and each time she was amazing. You are fortunate to have her on your team!
