This is the 3rd home in the Charlotte area that Lexie helped me buy, and she also helped me with one in Florida that she didn't make a cent from! She knows the market, she knows how to look at and identify everything (like if there is a foundation issue, or asbestos, or bad neighborhood.) She knows what kind of house I like and scours all the sites for those, doesn't waste my time with things she already knows I won't like. I would not consider buying a house without her!
I recently worked with Lexie to buy a second home in the Charlotte area, with us based in New Jersey. She is the 3rd realtor we worked with in that area in the past year and by far the best I've worked with. Lexie is not only very knowleadgeable of the area, but also direct and honest when time came to put in offers. She would both goad me to increase my offer when it was too low and lower it when I went too high. Most importantly though Lexie is super responsive, actively sending me homes and quickly (usually within a few hours) respond when I would send her a promising property. With Charlotte market being such a sellers market and homes going so quick and us not being in the area, it was critical to have a realtor be as active and driven as we were to close a deal. Working with Lexie has been just awesome, and I will without a doubt hire her again for our next purchase in Charlotte.

I love, love, love working with Lexie. She really knows her stuff, is very responsive, and treats everyone with respect. This was my second time working with her and I can't imagine being more pleased. For example, there was a fairly complex HVAC situation that she was very on-top-of and on which she advised me very well. Also, her advice on where to put in our offer hit the sweet spot. She's also down to earth and has an awesome sense of humor. She went above and beyond. She also has very good taste and always thinks about how to maximize value for minimal expense. Just a great person, too.
