Until I found Leslie, renting my residential properties was a dreaded experience. Over several years, Leslie has consistently and quickly found me great tenants. The transactions are smooth and she is always friendly, thorough and extremely knowledgeable.

I used to dread having to list any of my residential rental properties until I met Leslie. The quality of realtors I hired would vary dramatically. If I found a good one, quite often the person would move, quit real estate, etc. Once a tenant decided not to renew their lease, the tiring search for a new, competent realtor began again. For several years now, Leslie has made life easier by consistently finding me excellent tenants very quickly. She is friendly, patient, professional, extremely knowledgeable, hardworking and very thorough. Leslie, unlike many realtors I’ve dealt with, doesn’t leave any loose ends for me to pick up after the commission is paid - she takes pride in her work and really cares about her client’s satisfaction. If anyone is looking for a “top shelf” realtor who can really get the job done, look no further than Leslie McGinty!!! I’d give her 10 stars if possible.

It was great .
