Leigh surpassed expectations with every phase of the purchase process. it was like working with someone in our family. She was so nice to us both and very professional from the start to closing.

My wife and I were looking for a second home down in the Sunset Beach area. Leigh Smith Greene was introduced to us and we were extremely pleased with her help and expertise from start to finish! Leigh is extremely knowledgeable about the area and couldn't have made us more comfortable during both our search and closing process. We would give her 10 stars if we could!!

We could not have been more pleased with our realtor, Leigh Smith Greene. Since we were unfamiliar with the area, Leigh’s extensive knowledge regarding all aspects was invaluable. She went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home and location for us!

Leigh was 100% available every time we needed her. She truly listened and understood what we were looking for. She was patient, never pushy, and a complete pleasure to work with. Leigh has a local's knowledge of Oak Island and surrounding areas, which was very important for us. She was so helpful in every step of the process, far beyond the regular duties. We needed a person who loves the area, it's charm and beauty as much as we do, while also understanding the rental market and investment potential. Leigh met and exceeded those expectations.
From the moment I first asked Leigh about buying a house she was more than helpful answering every pertinent question that I could come up with. She turned the housing “process” into a few clicks from my phone. Unreal how streamlined the transaction was!
