I would highly recommend Peggy. In addition to selling our house she sold this piece of land.
We had the land listed over a year with someone else. We decided to change to Peggy and we had a contract within a month. She had recommended that we hire someone to clear out a small front portion so people could walk the land instead of just looking at it from the roads. We think it turned out to be a great idea, as we had a contract within a few days of doing that.
Peggy is very easy to deal with and is an excellent communicator.
