Leah was great to work with and was willing to help with our house search wherever she could. Everything she did was to make sure we were buying the house we knew we would love.

As a new construction home builder, it was very important for me to find an agent that understood construction design and value. I have worked with Leah for multiple years and have sold multiple homes with her. Always a true professional and someone you can count on!

Have bought a few houses this was the fastest and easiest one would definitely recommend Leah

ReeceNichols did a wonderful job. Julie Shiplet has been a blessing for us in the past and this was no different. She handled everything with such poise and professionalism. We are so grateful that ReeceNichols and Julie Shiplet were the team that guided us to where we are now.

The market was tough when we were trying to sell our property, Leah worked hard to get people into the house for showings. We had a few things we needed to address once the house was under contract and Leah went above and beyond to make sure we stayed in budget and got all the work completed by quality contractors!

Good service. Leah was very pleasant to deal with. She knows her stuff, great gal.

Leah is knowledgeable and professional. She answered every question as a first time home buyer. Her expertise made the buying processed streamlined and simplified. I highly recommend Leah and will use her services in the future!

Buying a house from Leah is more like hanging out with a friend. Who just happened to sell you a house
