LeaAnn is very detailed and on top of the transaction the entire way through. This was an investment property and she did a fantastic job coordinating everything with the current tenants. I was very thankful to have her handling the details.

Best agent in Lincoln! She knows not only real estate but has expertise in home construction which have me trust in her recommendations for contractors and details about the home. She also knows about the loan programs and I got a federal grant that helped me with a down payment. Would recommend.

Lee Ann has always had our best interests in mind.

Leanne is a very knowledgeable and reliable agent who is very understanding

I highly recommend Lea Ann if you’re looking for a home or an investment property. To say she went above and beyond her duties is an understatement. I live in Omaha and getting to Lincoln couple of times was not an option for me because of work but she drove to the property to help with whatever was needed! I enjoyed working with her very much she’s very trustworthy and extremely knowledgeable. Thank you so much for everything you’ve done Lea Ann you’re awesome

Lea Ann Stephenson made it so easy! We were looking for a new home in an area we were not very familiar with, and she guided us through the process until we found the perfect property and our dream home. She is very knowledgeable about the area, and was able to help us in getting all of the details ironed out. We felt , right away, that we could trust her, and she was very easy to ask questions of, and to talk to. She wanted to get to know us so that we would find the right house. We highly recommend Lea Ann!

Lea Ann is an amazing negotiator and I really felt she had my best interest at heart during the entire transaction! Her experience in the rental industry was key in pricing my multi family for sale. Lea Ann has great advice and yet never made me feel pressured during the selling process. I truly felt she wanted my best interest, and not just “get the sale”. I will definitely use her again for both buying and selling!

Lea Ann is a great realtor to work with. Her past knowledge in the construction field is very helpful when looking through a home to purchase
