Laurie has a rare gift; she is naturally empathetic. We came to Philadelphia from a Connecticut suburb and had a very vague idea about the city. In few days, she helped us to know Philly and quickly realized what would suit our life here. She did it understanding and sharing our feelings, motivations and giving us innumerable, smart suggestions and recommendations. Thanks a lot Laurie!

Excellent experience, the whole process of buying a condo was smooth in every aspect. Laurie is knowledgeable, perceptive, kind and very professional.

Laurie Sherman is an amazing realtor! Laurie gets 5 stars and more! She is professional, knowledgable, organized, a great communicator, an looks out for her clients. I am spending time in LA and renting my home in Gladwyne. Laurie took care of all the things that needed to happen to show the property, which included some interactions with former difficult tenants, which Laurie handled with grace. She also contacted cleaners, tradespeople, and communicated with my property manager to take care of other things that needed to be repaired, etc..Most importantly, she has found a great new tenant very quickly! I would recommend Laurie without any hesitation.

Laurie was recommended to me by a friend whose judgment I trust intrinsically, and she helped me place an offer on a house the first time I reached out to her over the phone. She did this even though she hadn’t met me yet and was out of town at the time. This tells you volumes about her: Laurie is committed, responsive, and hardworking...

During our search - and I say “our” because it felt like Laurie was as invested as I - I was continually impressed with how quickly Laurie formed a picture of my preferences and accommodated my work schedule. I often thought that buying a house was an overwhelming process, but Laurie guided me through each step with skill and expertise, ensuring the best possible outcome for me. Laurie is an exceptional real estate agent, and I am so grateful I found her.
