Absolutely thrilled to share our experience working with Laurie Petruzzi—for the seventh time! Laurie is nothing short of a real estate legend. Her negotiation skills are unmatched, her instincts razor sharp, and she’s consistently one step ahead throughout the entire process. Every transaction with Laurie has been seamless, stress-free, and wildly successful. She doesn’t leave a single penny on the table and always has our best interests front and center. If you want the best in the business—someone who delivers results with integrity, expertise, and heart—call Laurie. You’ll be glad you did! Five stars, every single time.

Laurie did a superb job in what could have turned into a very messy deal selling a house with many complications. I interviewed three agents and Laurie was the only one who really followed through and got the information I needed literally overnight. I had been a Realtor myself and knew the signs of a top producer who was going to get the job done. It went off without a hitch. We actually had fun in what could have been a very stressful situation.

We Love having Laurie as part of the David Lyng team!

Oh man, Laurie is a force to be reckoned with when she is working to find your dream home. Her knowledge of the market, Santa Cruz and surrounding areas are unparalleled. She not only found my family the perfect home in the perfect area, but she worked above and beyond to get us the beast absolute deal possible. It was an amazing experience. Thank Laurie for all that you’ve done! When I was ready to leave the area for work years later, she sold my home within weeks of listing it! She is hands down The Best at what she does.

This is our third transaction with Laurie Petruzzi; each purchase just keeps getting better and better! She knows the county and the market like the back of her hand. She's a seasoned matchmaker, and will stop at nothing to "make it happen". She thinks outside the box and digs deep to source any opportunity to ensure we're well taken care of, both logistically and financially. She's a true go-getter, fun to be with, and clearly has our best interest at heart. LAURIE IS THE BOMB!
