Excellent service! Mrs. Lauren was professional, responsive, and efficient throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent, and everything was handled quickly and smoothly. I highly recommend her services and truly appreciate her dedication and hard work!

Lauren is a very experienced realtor. From the beginning consultation to closing in selling the house, she was extremely helpful every step of the way. She’s patient, very knowledgeable, efficient, and caring. We took the house off the market after 3 months when the deal fell through and I felt I was not emotionally ready to sell our house of 32 years. She was understanding and saved all our files for the following year. Then we sold it within a week. It’s stressful to sell a house, I can’t tell you how wonderful and comforting it is to have Lauren to guide us through the process.

Lauren Zaccaria was simply a great realtor, very easy to work with. She was completely honest and transparent with us every step of the way. While moving is never a pleasant undertaking, she helped to make the process concrete for us, making recommendations as to how we should proceed and what we should do. Because of her experience, she has also amassed a network of people who were able to help us complete this sale. We had a certain time goal for closing and, thankfully, due to her hard work, we were able to meet that goal, close on time, and go on to the next phase of our life (in this case, happily, a much needed family vacation). Lauren is a great realtor, I recommend her with no hesitation whatsoever.

Lauren was our agent for the purchase of our house five years ago and most recently its sale. She is the utmost professional providing great market insight and always makes herself available for any and all questions. We couldn’t have done either the buying or the selling of our house without her. Highly recommend! Thank you, Lauren!

There are so many directions this review could go, and all positive! Many of Lauren's buyer clients become my clients too, and they all have the highest praise for her work in representing them. Lauren and I have spent time together brainstorming marketing ideas, and she is brilliant. Lauren cares about people. You can feel her strength every time you speak with her or receive an email from her. Lauren is trustworthy and knowledgeable, and a brilliant realtor that we can all learn from.

Lauren has been our trusted real estate agent for nearly a decade. We found her after thorough research for top agents skilled in coop apartments. She helped us buy our first unit, securing a great price, and we enjoyed six wonderful years there. When it was time to move to a house, Lauren guided us through the purchase and sale process once again. Her deep industry knowledge, and effective communication and negotiation skills are truly commendable. We highly recommend her services.

Lauren was amazing with our cross country move from CA to NY! Since we had to fly out a couple times to actually see the houses in person, lauren did a fantastic job lining up a tight schedule for us to be efficient as possible in the short time we had during those visits. Buying a house in CA is very different from buying a house in NY, so she was incredibly helpful explaining the process and leveraging her quality network to line us up with the proper resources. Lauren helped us find a beautiful home and we’d highly recommend her for your next NY home purchase!

I had the privilege of working with Lauren, who epitomizes the embodiment of an exemplary real estate agent. In my discerning evaluation of initial interactions, it became evident that Lauren exudes an unwavering commitment to professionalism. She approached our initial meeting with complete transparency, offering a no-nonsense overview of the necessary steps essential for optimizing the listing of our property. Her appraisal of our property's value was both grounded in reality and underpinned by lucid explanations detailing her strategic approach. Throughout the process, Lauren maintained an open line of communication, ensuring that we were continually apprised of any pertinent developments. When it came to negotiations, she was unflaggingly proactive in advocating for the most advantageous terms on our behalf. Her dedication to our interests was palpable, resulting in the swift and efficient progression of the proceedings. In light of this extraordinary experience, I wholeheartedly recommend Lauren to anyone in search of an efficient and profoundly professional real estate broker. Friends and family seeking an unparalleled level of service would be well-advised to enlist her expertise.
