Wow! Lauren is amazing. I was occupied and out of town for weeks leading up to the sale of my house, but Lauren stepped in and took charge. After we discussed the work that needed to be done to maximize the sale price, she identified and coordinated all the contractors we needed to get the house ready for market. She literally did all the planning and consulted me for all the important details. I've never had such a seamless sale before; preparation, listing, negotiation - she handled it all. Lauren is not only the agent you want she is the agent you need. We met her during our first time homebuyers course and instantly decided that she was not only knowledgeable but also a great human.
