I really like Lauren and how she handles everything. However the sellers realtor Joyce was not very helpful and I feel had a bad attitude on things. I put over 7,200 into the house before closing so I could get it to close and Joyce and the seller did not offer any help on it even when asked.

Lauren Garthwaite is the best realtor we could have ever asked for. She went above and beyond for us and didn’t stop until we found our perfect home. I would recommend Lauren Garthwaite to anyone and everyone that needs a realtor in our area. She is a true blessing.
