The house sold to the third visitor and Lauren had the ability to negotiate with the couple who tried to get a much lower price than the one we had set. She gave generously of her time to organize the intervention of the liquidators and auctioneers. She also gave me other advice and moral support in the huge task of preparing the house as a single, elderly woman. I am satisfied that the new owners bought the house for happy family reasons. We called it ours for thirty one years and it comforts me to think that they will enjoy its location and coziness as much as I did.
