I selected Laure to sell my house based on person interviews and recomendations from friends. The initial interview was professional with a large folder describing her company, services and an in depth analysis of my house in relation to the local area and market. Once selected, she wasted no time preparing my listing. Her advice on staging my house was spot on. Her photographer was fast, professional, used the right wide angle lenses and included an excellent scale drawing of the house. My first offer was accepted but the buyers got cold feet and dropped within the week. Laurie had me re listed within the day and another offer within days. We had a problem with the septic system and she handled it honestly and professionally. If I had to pick one major reason to select Laure, it would be her calm and businesslike attitude toward problems. They are no cause for alarm but mearly one more task to be attacked and solved. Thruout the sales cycle, communication fast and responsive, no matter the hour or day of the week. I reccommend her highly and without reservations.
