From coming up with the correct strategic listing price to helping me understand the multiple offers and details that go into making that decision to working with the other agents to communicate the critical info to get us an offer that was substantially over the listing price. Also Laura was instrumental in helping us thru a title 5 compliance upgrade to my septic tank and was able to assist us in getting a competitive bid, then making sure all the paperwork was correct and complete as the title V compliance is mandatory for closing. Her communication was excellent on all tasks required and getting the house ready for showing, then also for closing. I rate Laura a 10+ for all aspects of what a real estate agent responsibilities are. I literally without question could not have done this without her......her assistance and industry knowledge and strategy understanding made her the absolute best Ive ever worked with in my life.
