Premier says it all, 5 star plus service from the start to the finish. Laura thought outside the box for a very difficult market and found a buyer when hardly anyone was buying or even looking. Her experience and expertise was flawless in managing the sale, we had difficulty with obstacles at the time of closing and she was outstanding in keeping the buyer interested and removing the obstacles that were unseen and unknown until the day before closing. Laura was brilliant, knowledgeable, calm, unrelenting, extremely professional, she managed my expectations with kindness and respect. I was very fortunate to have had Laura as my broker and grateful for everything she managed from start to finish.
Laura was the consummate professional every step of our transaction. She paid attention to every detail and maintained a high level of ethics throughout the process. I am a real estate attorney and I have dealt with realtors in many states almost daily for 30 years. Laura is at the top of the game in all respects.
When you find a gem of a human you hang on tight. When that human is great at what she does…has incredible authenticity…is an empathic listener…AND is a ball of fun to boot -well, you’ve met Laura Pearson. We recently burst into Laura’s life on a mission, and she worked tirelessly to get to know our needs (different for each of us -and often caught in the middle!). She sent us lots of options and used every opportunity to refine her knowledge and approach. She didn’t waste our time and hosted us brilliantly each time we visited Sarasota. She asked us the right questions to gently challenge us and she respected our views. Laura never pressured us to make a decision or push beyond our budget. She stayed optimistic when we felt defeated; she LOVES her city and it’s infectious. She kept the faith and we ended up with a stunning home and a new tropical adventure. We were always in such excellent hands, now that we’ve bought a house in Sarasota…we hope to stay friends -and frankly, we’re not sure how we’ll survive day-to-day without her hand-holding leadership and tailgating treats! Big hug Laura! THANK YOU! :)
