Laura was a joy to work with, her enthusiasm is positive and not overwhelming. Based on hearing all of our desires, which weren't necessarily directly communicated, she was able to suggest the perfect house and location. She gave solid advice and didn't hesitate to ask others if she didn't know an answer.

I worked with Laura Montiel. She was amazing she walked me though the whole process of buying a house from start to finish. She always respond to my questions in a timely manner. What was even better is she formed a great report with my loan officer which seemed to make this whole process go much more seamlessly. Anyways I would totally recommend all my friends and family to her. She was AWESOME!!!!
