Languages Spoken English Broker/Owner Larry Curasi is Broker/Owner of Curasi Realty, Inc. located in Montgomery, New York. After graduating from Valley Central High School in 1989, he went on to work for Suffern Beer Distributors in warehousing and delivery, and then to Coors/Canada Dry for nine years. Larry always exhibited leadership ability from a very young age and became Shop Steward for Local A12. He obtained his real estate license in April, 1998, where he began to specialize in purchasing, renovating, and re-selling properties for investment. Realizing his immense interest in the real estate profession, Larry decided to utilize his license to help other sellers and buyers. In his first year, he excelled and received the Orange County Association of Realtors Excellence in Sales Bronze Award. He first held his license with a local independent realtor, and after two years Larry decided he was ready for entrepreneurship. Larry started Curasi Realty, Inc. and opened up his first office in August 2000 in the Village of Montgomery, New York. By 2002, Curasi Realty, Inc. was a great success in the community, and Larry decided to join a major franchise. The business operated as such for 14 years, and with the continued growth, Curasi Realty, Inc. quickly outgrew its small office space. The company was moved temporarily to a larger office space while plans were being made for the construction of a permanent main office location. In July of 2006, the new main office location was completed. Curasi Realty, Inc. continued to thrive with the very best, knowledgeable, well-trained and professional agents in the Mid-Hudson Valley. In December 2016, Larry and his business partner and wife, Nancy, decided to go back to their roots and returned to operating as an independent real estate brokerage again. Larry continues to lead his growing brokerage of over 75 real estate professionals in a team environment. Larry has received many commendations and awards during his career for his outstanding achievements…….
