I couldn’t have asked for a better agency. If you’re looking for a real estate agent who combines expertise with integrity and genuine care, I recommend Sharleen Fleming without reservation. Thank you for helping turn a daunting process into a successful new beginning.

Sharleen was great. Efficient, friendly , helpful. I would use her again and I recommend her highly.

We had an outstanding experience with Julia B Sotheby’s real estate agency—truly five-star service from start to finish. Our agent, Sharleen Fleming, went above and beyond to support us throughout the entire process. What made this especially remarkable is that we were searching for a rental home from abroad, which can be incredibly challenging. Sharleen handled every detail with professionalism, responsiveness, and care, making the whole experience seamless and stress-free. We always felt well-informed, supported, and confident in every step. We couldn’t have asked for better guidance and service. Highly recommended!

Sharleen Fleming has deep knowledge of the market and she is highly experienced in various aspects such as staging house, marketing etc. Thanks, Sharleen!

Had a wonderful experience with my agent, Sharleen Fleming. She was hands in and guided me through the whole process. Very happy with my choice. Lois

Sharleen Fleming was an excellent listing broker for us with her wide contacts, expert advising, and practical effectiveness, and high professional ethics.

I’d like to share my appreciation for Sharleen Fleming. She was the main reason we chose to work with William Pitt/Julia B. Fee again. We had the privilege of having her as our agent when we bought this home 11 years ago, and we were fortunate to have her guide us through the sale of it now. Sharleen made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She was always available, knowledgeable, and provided expert guidance at every step, from listing the house to closing. We couldn’t have asked for better support.

Sharleen my realtor was splendid!! Professional, communicative, Sharleen has an opinion and an open mind. We stayed aligned on strategy, made adjustments and sold fast. Sharleen drove a tremendous amount of interest and I would recommend her services without hesitation. A pleasure to work with! Many Thanks!
