She supervised the pictures and video, and helped write the language we used to advertise. She has great attention to detail and kept us advised every step of the way. We knew when she was scheduling open houses, when showings were done, and she constantly emailed and texted us with updates and feedback on the process. She was extremely responsive, even when having to report negative information to us, such as market fluctuations that caused us to have to lower our price. But Kyla explained everything, was always honest with us, and made it clear that we were the ones to make final decisions.The market was very challenging when we were trying to sell but Kyla was persistent and encouraging, yet also realistic with us. She gave us reliable information rather than just telling us what we may have wanted to hear. The offer we accepted turned into a double contingency, as the buyer needed to sell their house first, and we needed our house to sell so we could fund the purchase of a house in Portland. There were three other sets of realtors, and some were very difficult to deal with. Here, Kyla shined. She dealt with all the other realtors, keeping them up to speed with developments, and making sure everyone was doing what they needed to do to keep the transactions moving forward. All of the realtors looked to Kyla as the leader of the transactions and had great confidence in her abilities and communication skills. Because of Kyla’s efforts we successfully closed on our Eugene home and then immediately on the Portland property. Kyla went well beyond our expectations in helping us navigate through the process.
