Kristine made the entire experience of selling my mom’s condo easy and pleasant. She provided me all the resources I needed to complete the sale and the process of clearing out the sold unit. She was always available to me if I needed anything. It ended up being such a smooth and easy process. She is a kind person and was always such a please to deal with. I can’t say enough about what a nice experience it ended up being.

There the best. Thanks for everything. Maholo

I have worked with Kristine multiple times before and once again Kristine has went above and beyond!! There was a short window of time and she was able to get everything done with all the parties that needed to participate in that short window of time. Both closing one house and purchasing another house one day after the other. Even after both closing going back and working out some issues. I cannot say enough great things about Kristine and all the hours she puts into make her clients feel comfortable about making life changes. Thank you Kristine!!!!

I am writing to provide a five-star rating for Kristine Hovde and Amanda Keiter's exceptional work in handling both the sale of my Mukilteo home in December and the purchase of my new home at 8510 Shadow Wood Drive, Unit A in Everett. These were the easiest real estate transactions I have ever experienced. For the sale in Mukilteo, they both hit the ground running to ensure the house was seen by all potential buyers. Your continued efforts ensured that all paperwork and necessary details were completed in a timely manner and both properties closed very quickly. I especially appreciated the consistent communication, which kept me informed throughout the entire process. Thank you for making this experience so seamless. Sincerely, Betty Jean Mianecki

Team Hovde, Kristine and Amanda, are professionals, true professionals. I should know, I'm a former real estate broker, but commercial not residential. I knew I needed someone to lead me through the residential sales process and through a referral, I met team Hovde. During our meet and greet on site, they did a thorough evaluation of what was needed to present the home to the market. We followed a game plan to refresh, understand the neighborhood and stage the home for the best buyer. Due to the current market and time of the year, we all knew that getting the right offer would be touch and go and so we went below assessed value to generate excitement. Boy, did we generate excitement! It went on the market on Friday and by the next Monday, we had several credible offers above asking price and a dream quick closing. Kristine and Amanda were a dream to work with and I would use the again in a second.

Kristine was wonderful. She is easy to work with and really listened to the requirements I wanted in a home. She was flexible when I changed my mind on those what I thought were my requirements. She negotiated a fair price for my townhome. I would highly recommend her to family and friends.

Working with Kristine was a dream! She did everything we wanted and needed and more. She was knowledgeable about real estate, friendly and knew which questions to ask us to help guide us to finding and buying our dream home! We highly recommend Kristine and her team!

our experience with Kristine was exceptional! Her attention to detail is unmatched and our home was under contract in 9 days! Everything wow's communicated timely and questions were answered immediately! We cannot say enough about Kristine's professionalism and her willingness to go above and beyond for her client. I strongly recommend Kristine for any real estate needs!

Working with Kristine, as well as her daughter Amanda, was such an incredible experience! Not being from the area we were nervous and unsure about where exactly we wanted to live and even the exact type of home we were looking for. With a lifetime's experience living and selling properties in the Edmonds (and North Seattle) area Kristine was an invaluable resource to us as we navigated the complicated and fast-paced scene of the Seattle area housing market. We began working together in August of 2020, and all the way until we finally found our perfect home in March of 2021, Kristine and Amanda were always there to provide support and advice as we exhausted every possible outlet to find a home. We really appreciated and valued the time and understanding Kristine provided us during the pandemic as our lives and needs for a home changed. Originally looking for a smaller place with a great walkable location eventually evolved to needing more space to accommodate working from home and the changing needs of our lives. Despite the highly competitive and fast-paced nature of the Seattle housing market we had full confidence that Kristine would be able to help us put together an offer that would be not just competitive, but accepted. Even after our offer was accepted and we closed on our home Kristine has been an incredible resource to us as new homeowners as we navigate our new world of homeownership. Knowing that we have someone we can trust to continue to offer us advice as we look to remodel, update, and maintain our new home is invaluable. Kristine and Amanda have gone above and beyond all of our expectations and we are so thankful to have them as our realtors and now friends.

We had a really positive experience working with Kristine and Amanda this fall as first time home buyers! They were very responsive, happy to answer our (many) questions, and knowledgable of the market we were looking in. Their family's experience in construction also helped them spot things we alone would never have noticed, all the way up to talking us out of two houses we were enamored with... telling us 'you can do better.' They even came with a first rate network we've already tapped into for upgrades and repairs. At the end of the day, despite the difficulties of 2020, we got a great house, navigated the home buying process with minimal stress and actually had fun with it all. Highly recommended!
