Involved from the development's inception through the completion of its six properties, Kris served as director of sales at Cape Marco from 1991 to 2001, while Jeff served as an onsite sales associate. In 2001, the couple established their own brokerage, specializing in Cape Marco resales and building their business around personalized, service-oriented representation.
